Jan writes on the back of the photo “Original P.G.E. R.R. Bridge (wooden railings) across the Lillooet River 1969 (maybe 68) I believe it was replaced just after as we we(sic) here then)” [processors comment “personally I believe this to be the old trestle bridge that spanned the Lillooet River and was destroyed when it collapsed under a loaded logging truck (see photos – Henry, George and Starks Collections)].
