thumb press scoop

Image:
Description:
A red metal with a plastic handle thumb press scoop that was used by Teresa Summerskill and it was donated by Laura Burden. On the handle on the bottom of the scoop reads a possible brand name of “Levco”, although it is unknown of who or what company manufactured the kitchen utensil. However, on the back of the thumb press metal piece reads “5 – Japan”, possibly giving some idea of where the scoop was made from. For donor biography see description for 021.10.01.
