Hand made, hand embroidered table cloth. Fine cotton material, Marjory thinks it came from India. The cloth is crème coloured. The embroidery is blue, pale yellow, and pink, and is in the shape of many flowers, stems and leaves. There are six lines of drawn work starting 15 cm from the edge and ending 2 cm from the edge The initials J.A. are in ink in one corner. The #3011- possibly a laundry mark- is inked in another corner. This cloth is in fairly good condition with a few stains on it. This cloth belonged to Marjory’s mother Mrs. Geoffrey Downton.
