Set of Spurs

These rusted spurs Walker & Reid found with a metal detector and dug up at the Port Pemberton site. They are thought to belong to the period of the Gold Rush Traffic through this district. Item “b” (pictured right) has lost the rowel for spurring and the metal pieces that would help the spur fasten to the boot. Both articles are severely rusted.
