There is a buckle and strap to go under the foot The strap is leather lined as is the heel. There is a piece of leather sewn to the top seam of one spat with gold lettering. Made for” Hudson Bay Company” by Church and Company, Northampton, England. There is a white cleaning tag on each spat held on by a staple with the #4285. A #3is stamped into the felt.
