Sickle

Description:
This is a sickle made of iron and it has a wooden handle. The handle comes wood wrapped beyond the end of the blade. The handle is worn and smooth. The blade is curved at the end in a loop. The inside circular part of the blade is sharpened. The blade is slightly rusted and the piece is worn. See”grass hooks” @ 25c ea. Eaton’s 1901 Fall and Winter Catalogue pp. 190 & 192.
