A portable water heater with a trapezoidal base. On the top of the base the words “Caution base or wall”, “USE WITH RECEPTACLE”, and “Carter “are embossed. On the bottom there is inlaid writing but only “WINNIPEG CANADA” and “CARTER” can be read. On the cord the words “ITT WIRE & CABLE (CANADA) 16 AWG TYPE SJO” are written Found in a shed in Mt.Currie behind the house that Klay was renting.
