This item is a seeder. It has a wheel attached to it as well as a blade for drilling a plate for the seeds. A small lever can be turned to select the seed type or to close the planting device. It has a container to hold the seeds that will be planted. Condition: it is rusted and the paint is fading. Inscription: “Plant Jr., U.S.A., No. 4”.
