Children’s big wheel Leader tricycle from Victoria Precision Works. Plaque on the front says, “MADE IN CANADA, LEADER, VICTORIA PRECISION WORKS, CO LTD, MONTREAL CANADA TRADE MARK”. May have been painted red at some point, white seat and white tire guard. Letters, “MCCS” carved into the side which may have been a set of initials or a company abbreviation.
