This is ratchet jack. Inscribed on the outside handle is “St. Joe micit (sic) and Windsor Can.” It is also embossed with “SJ 50” on the stand tube, and embossed – “SJ 51” on other side. This jack was likely included in a Model A Ford kit that came with the car.
