Funnel. Shape is irregular, bottom is round, but top is not flat, so has oval shape. Silver colored. Steel (?) On inside at top is a clip (probably for opening oil cans). Writing on top, partially obscured, “James B Carter Ltd Winnipeg”. Likely a mechanics funnel for filling engine oil.
