Three first aid Field Dressing packages unopened. Manufactured by Johnson and Johnson. Instructions and manufacturing information printed on outside of item and reads “To Open – Outer Cover: Break thread holding flap. Inner Waterproof cover – take hold of the two tabs at either corner (indicated by arrow) and tear apart. Contents: Two dressings in waterproof Covers, each consisting of a gauze pad stitched to a bandage and a safety pin, attached to cover. Directions for Use – Take folded ends of the bandages in each hand and keeping the bandage taut, apply the gauze pad to the wound and fix the bandage. One dressing to be used for each wound. In case of head wounds, when respirators have to be worn, care should be taken to adjust the pad so that it does not interfere with the fit of face piece. DO NOT HANDLE THE GAUZE OR WOUND”. “Made in Canada”, “October 1942”. First aid supplies associated with Perkins Bro’s logging.
