A “Powerhouse Fedtro” 10-15 watt horn for whistle signals used in yarding operations for communication between yarder operator and men on the ground. This unit was likely used with the “Talkie Tooter” system utilized by Valleau logging. These communication systems were necessary for work place safety, communication and productivity. See accession # 014.26.01 for history.
