“This is a child’s dress. It is made of cloth covered with blue and pink flowers surrounded by leaves. It has fancy linings and trim as well as a hanging pocket for decoration and a rolled and stuffed hem. First owner of the dress was probably Marjory Gimses grandmother. Her daughter Mrs. Downton wore it as did Marjory Gimse(Downton)”
