Camisole (3)

Description:
This camisole is made of white silky material with a 9 cm wide band at the top. This garment is home made by machine and by hand. There is a hem at the bottom for elastic to be threaded through. The shoulder straps show wear but the rest of the garment is in good condition. The elastic has lost its stretch. It was owned by Mrs. Geoffrey Downton.

24 cm L x 54 cm W — Width was taken around the bottom of the garment (waistband). The length does not include the straps, which are an additional 17 cm when laid flat.
