Valley Ranch 1967

Maps – This map is from a series of maps donated by Larry Cosulich. They originally belonged to his father John who served on the Pemberton Valley Dyking District Board in the 1970’s. The maps are rolled and show signs of wear and tear. This is a planning map titled “Valley Ranch” for the proposed development of Texas Creek Farms [Dr. Dill’s former lands – today known as ‘Riverlands’]. The map was created by Philips Tattersfield and Associates. The proposed development did not occur – ca. 1967.
