This ratchet brace has a wooden handle and was used for woodworking tasks, such as drilling holes and driving screws. The bit holder is marked “Made by Stanley in Canada.” The brace was one of the personal tools of Bob Priest, Pemberton’s first pharmacist, who established Priest’s Pharmacy in 1964.
