Agricultural Cup Award

This is a silver plate trophy cup mounted on a black round wooden base with rounded edges. It reads, “Agricultural Cup presented by Pemberton Valley Farmer’s Institute for Agricultural Aggregate”. On the back it is inscribed with “Ronayne Bros.” and the years 1925 through to 1934 are stated. The trophy has been converted into a lamp stand with an electrical cord wrapped around the base. There is not a lamp shade with the item. This is from a collection of agricultural awards, ribbons and trophies received from Rosemary Walden that belonged to her uncle Edmond Oswald Ronayne, her father’s first cousin.
