A No. 21 flex splint “for x-ray, transparent” manufactured by “Fleck’s for Safety”. Instructions read, “It is unnecessary to remove this splint when X-raying fracture. May be cut to shape for fingers etc. with bandage scissors”. First aid supplies associated with Perkins Brothers logging.
