Large Hair Pins

Three large hair pins mounted on a white rectangular piece of cardboard. Near the top of the cardboard it reads ” THE ASCOT HAIR WAVER UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST, and at the bottom written in small lettering is “MADE IN ENGLAND”. There is also a border that runs around the edge that looks like a ribbon with bows in each corner. The item was owned by Peggy Perffit’s husband’s great-grandmother, Liza Milsted.
