potato planter

Image:
Description:
This is a potato planter. Two large iron wheels encompass the seed potato bin which is a large yellow painted bin, square in shape and rusted. The potatoes eye is then cut by workers sitting on the wooden bench and dropped into a wheel and down into a furrow caved by two iron discs. History: Morgan Miller acquired the planter from Burt Lundgren and used it until the early 1980s after which he no longer planted potatoes.
