A metal chef saw (aluminum with steel blade) that was used by Teresa Summerskill and it was donated by Laura Burden. On the right side of the saw on the top reads “Chef Saw – Hornsby & McKinley Co. – Hollywood, California – U.S.A”, in which inscribes the brand name of where the saw was manufactured from. On the handle also has the initials “H M”. The chef saw would have been used for cutting/tenderizing meat products and bones. For donor biography see description for 021.10.01.
