Tie mill operated by Joe Antonelli at Tisdall. It was originally powered by an old farm tractor Joe got from Pete Shore's dad. He later got a motor with 4 times more HP. Man is Joe's youngest brother, Dan Antonelli.

Description:
Joe skidded his logs by horse. Doc (l) weighing in at 2030 lbs and Baldy (r) was 1970 lbs. The man is Joe's brother who came from Vancouver to try all the different jobs at the mill.

Description:
Joe's brother in law Ivan Burger gave everybody a professional haircut before he went back to Vancouver. Brother Dan is in the chair. Pemberton had just been "electrified" - in the back of the truck is a washing machine Joe bought for $10.00. As Joe reports - it worked "real good".
