Miniature cedar woven canoe with black and white designs and two carved paddles. There is a loop on one of the ends that was possibly meant for hanging the item up. Made by Ruth Williams as a required offering under the Job Development Program.

Description:
A rectangular woven basket made of cedar bark, decorated with canary grass and red and black wild cherry bark diamond design. Interesting spiral technique around the brim. She collected the materials with others in her class.

We are located in the downtown area of Pemberton at 7455 Prospect St.
Hours of Operation
The Pemberton Museum is currently CLOSED for the winter and will reopen to the public in the spring of 2025.
Meetings
The PDMAS Society meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Museum.
Our 2024 AGM will be held July 10 at 7pm.
