The Pemberton Museum is thrilled to announce that we are hiring for various full and part-time positions for the upcoming 2024 season. (June to October)

Join us in preserving and sharing the rich heritage of Pemberton and its surrounding areas. Whether you're interested in greeting guests and guiding tours, assisting with events, or helping us maintain and preserve our collections and archives, we have exciting opportunities available for you.

Ideal candidates are curious, creative, outgoing, eager to learn, and willing to become an ambassador and storyteller (both in person and through our collection and exhibits).

Positions Available:
Operations Supervisor - full-time, seasonal - $21-$25/hour
Responsibilities: Leadership of museum programs and events under the guidance and supervision of the Curator. Oversee the research and development of exhibits, fun and educational activities, and enhance visitor services and outreach. Assist with the supervision of Guest Services staff, day-to-day operations, and administration to ensure a successful and enjoyable season for guests and staff.

Guest Services Lead - full-time, seasonal - $19/hour
Responsibilities: Assist in training and supervising Museum Guides. Collaborate with the Curator and Operations Supervisor to maintain and develop exhibits and fun, educational activities that encourage community engagement and learning. Lead the Guest Services team in developing updated tours and interactive activities, ensuring day-to-day operations are safe and enjoyable for guests and staff.

Tour Guides - full-time and part-time positions available, seasonal - $17.40/hour
Responsibilities: Museum Guides are responsible for greeting our guests providing guest services and site tours in a fun and educational environment. Working as a team, Guides will develop fun, interactive activities, develop updated tours and provide information about other activities in the Sea to Sky corridor.

Collection Coordinator – part-time, seasonal - $17.40-$19
Responsibilities: Coordinate collection and exhibit-related projects including collection management, exhibit development, and assist with engagement activities and tour development.
