We are curently seeking a Museum Supervisor
This position will assist the Curator with museum operations, events and visitor services from May-Dec 2022.
Successful candidates will have:
• Previous museum or supervisory experience
• Outstanding visitor service skills
• Administration and computer skills
• Event production and management an asset
A LOVE of history and building community is a HUGE asset!
This is a seasonal full-time position May 01-Dec 01st, 2022. ($20-22/hr, 31 weeks, 1240hrs)

Location
We are located in the downtown area of Pemberton at 7455 Prospect St.
Hours of Operation
The Pemberton Museum is open June 6 to October 29, 2023
Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 5pm.
Meetings
The PDMAS Society meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Museum.
Become a Member
Museum memberships ensure the long term sustainability of the museum society and the history it preserves.
Membership is $20 for an individual and $25 for a family.
Your membership ensures you will receive regular news from the museum regarding upcoming events and programs and special projects. To become a member fill out the FORM and mail to us. We accept payment by cheque or e-transfer.

Port Pemberton was founded as a stopping point on the historic Harrison-Lillooet gold rush trail over 160 years ago.
30,000 gold-rushers passed through this region from 1858 to 1865 and Port Pemberton was an important stopping point for travelers making their way to Lillooet and the gold-fields beyond!
