Remembering Pemberton Veterans
On this Remembrance Day 2015 the museum wanted to share some images of Pemberton veterans that were scanned from a Nov 3, 1994 local newspaper along with an article from a 1997 local newspaper. Research and digitization of the newspaper was completed by summer students in the lead up to the 100th and 70th anniversaries of WW1 and WW2 in 2014.
Recently donated was a 1997 clipping regarding Pemberton veterans from the Pemberton Valley newspaper.

Location
We are located in the downtown area of Pemberton at 7455 Prospect St.
Hours of Operation
The Pemberton Museum is CLOSE from November to May.
As of November 1st we are officially closed for the season and we look forward to seeing you in the Spring of 2023
Meetings
The PDMAS Society meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Museum.

Museum memberships ensure the long term sustainability of the museum society and the history it preserves.
Membership is $20 for an individual and $25 for a family.
Your membership ensures you will receive regular news from the museum regarding upcoming events and programs and special projects. To become a member fill out the form and mail to us. We accept payment by cheque or e-transfer.

Port Pemberton was founded as a stopping point on the historic Harrison-Lillooet gold rush trail over 160 years ago.
30,000 gold-rushers passed through this region from 1858 to 1865 and Port Pemberton was an important stopping point for travelers making their way to Lillooet and the gold-fields beyond!
