Perkins cabin was situated approximately 22 miles north of Pemberton village. The roof was a 4 point type that came to a point in the middle. The cabin was 14' wide x 15' long, about 10' to top of walls and another 8' to the peak with a loft. Very similar to the trappers cabin displayed at this museum except that the only window was half the size. Roof and loft have caved in.
