Introducing Summer Staff

Please join us in welcoming these fine young people to the museum this summer.

Shyanne Joe will be in the role of Museum Guide this summer.  Shyanne is from D'arcy and is happy to be working at the museum this summer.  She is still learning and practicing her Guided Tour and look forward to seeing some visitors this season.

Abi Ronayne will also be in the role of Museum Guide this summer.  Abi is happy school is almost over so she can start practicing her Guided Tour and sharing her love of Pemberton with visitors.

Kaitlyn Pierre will be in the role of Multimedia Designer at the museum this summer.  Kaitlyn loves the creative work and is excited to help create videos and online activities this season.

Jessica Hill will be in the role of Collection Coordinator at the museum this summer.  Jessica loves working with historic artifacts.  She will assist the museum with their repatriation of indigenous objects this summer and will also help with accessioning of newly received artifacts in 2020-2021.  She is excited to work at the museum full-time this summer.

The museum is grateful for the funding received through the Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS) program and delivered through the Young Canada Works and Canada Summer Jobs programs and are excited to have a great team hired for the summer season.
