Last Tea & Tales of the season - August 24th

The last Tea and Tales program will be held on August 24th.  George Henry and Niki Madigan will tell the story of the "Taming of the Dust - the Paving of the Meadows Road."   This story is about the efforts of Betty Connell in getting the Meadows Road paved in the early 1980's.  Betty was very concerned about the dust on the road, and in the air, especially when children were waiting for the bus.

We've had a great summer of Tales as you can see by some photos of our regular tea-goers.

Do you have a Tale to tell?  We're always looking for unique stories for this program - please contact us if you have any suggestions.
