Museum Founder

Museum Founder leaves a legacy.  Margaret Fougberg passed away on March 8, 2010.  She was 99.  A service was held on Bowen Island in the church that was built by her father.

She was a remarkable woman and one of the driving forces behind  the creation of the Pemberton Museum.  She co-authored the book - "Pemberton History of a Settlement".

Several Pemberton freinds and relatives attended and shared thoughts and memories with each other.

Because Margaret was so important to this museum a special memorial newsletter will be prepared so that her journey to leave behind such an important legacy to the community can be shared and celebrated.
